Epson C6500 Labels

The Epson CW-C6500 color label printer is a pigment-based color inkjet label printer. This Epson ColorWorks label printer uses up to 8-inch-wide labels and is ideal for printing durable full-color labels with text, graphics, and barcodes ranging in size from 1 to 8 inches wide. Label Expert stocks a large selection of blank C6500 labels, including paper, synthetic, and GHS BS5609 chemical labels.

The Epson CW-C6500 series printer can use labels on rolls with a 3-inch core and a maximum 6-inch OD or fanfolded labels. The label roll must first be loaded onto the spindle and then inserted into the printer. We recommend always having a couple of extra spindles for quick roll changeovers, especially when printing different sizes or types of labels.

Note that the Epson C6000 and C7500 can hold larger 8” OD rolls, and those rolls will not fit the C6500.

C6500 Label Sizes

We have labels in a wide selection of sizes to fit any application, including:

• 1.5” x 0.75” to 8” x 14” labels
• Continuous label rolls

Our pre-die-cut labels are easy to remove from the liner and apply quickly by hand. Most have the waste matrix removed, however, we can also supply labels with the waste matrix intact on request. Using labels with the waste matrix intact helps to minimize any potential issues with ink bleeding.

We also offer continuous label rolls that can be cut with the Epson CW-C6500A or an external label cutter. Note that the Epson CW-C6500P does not have a built-in cutter, so you'll need to use pre-die-cut labels or an external label cutter if you're using this model.

All label rolls come on a 3-inch core with either a 6-inch or 8-inch outside diameter. We also sell fan-folded C6500 labels.

C6500 Label Colors

Our C6500 labels are available in various colors, including white, silver, gold, clear, and holographic film. White is the most popular choice, as it is the best background for color label printing. However, if you need to print on a colored or dark background, then a clear label may offer a unique advantage.
